TRANSLATIONS
The general session and select workshops will be translated into Spanish. Translation equipment is available at registration.
DAMON FORUM DVD
Each doctor attending the Damon Forum will receive a complimentary DVD with key workshop lectures captured in digital audio with synchronized slides. The DVD's will be mailed in April 2012.
